Our villa is situated in a gorgeous location with access to all the restaurants and bars. We will share a little guide to the area around us so you can familiarize yourself with the village and settle right in to living the experience of this special paradise.
Our Villa has 5 Bedrooms , a large verandah with dining table , an open plan kitchen, a bar counter and a lounge area in the entrance hall .
All spaces look onto the tropical jungle, pool and garden.
A staircase takes you up to two master bedroom suites . Our Villa is perfectly imperfect . This project took a very long time to complete . We started building in 2020 and were only able to bring it completion in 2024 which was a major milestone! The project was by no means straight forward and we were challenged many times to get it finished in a foreign land and diversely different culture ! We hope you can enjoy the space for its magical feeling and hope it delivers you the best stay in Hiriketiya!

Downstairs
Kids Room
On the left we have our Kids room with 2 double bunks , this room can sleep 8 . It has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and a stone cladded wall backdrop.
King Size Room
Our downstairs bedroom has a Kingsize Bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The bedroom has a hanging rail for clothes , air-conditioning and fan .
Kitchen
Our open plan kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, kettle , blender , fridge , rice cooker , cutlery, crockery pots and pans.
Laundry
Our kitchen door leads to our outdoor area where we have a laundry area . Our staff can assist you with washing your clothes if you need to do laundry.

Upstairs
We have a relaxtion lounge upstairs between our two master bedrooms . A large L shape sofa and coffee table provide a space to chill and read a book or open up the windows to allow the jungle breeze in.
There is a master Bedroom to the left and right of the lounge with very spacious layout & has high ceilings and windows . The bedrooms are bright and beautiful , allowing in the natural light but have blackout curtains if you like to sleep in . The rooms have air conditioners and fans and lead onto spacious ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.
Outside Upstairs
At the back of the house is a staircase to a private suite. This room has its own outside access and the staircase leads up to room with a queen size bed & ensuite bathroom ,
The bathroom is an extra spacious with beautiful view to the jungle from the rain shower.
